Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Process inventory and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure the store meets cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions with strict accuracy and integrity.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
