Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle after-hours support tickets via email and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders and payments within the evening shift window.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine data entry, update customer records, and ensure database integrity.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the on-call supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Quality Assurance: Review case logs to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service or operations experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM), Monday through Friday.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently.
