Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Resolve hardware and software issues for employees, including printer setup and network connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access for the evening shift.
- Log and categorize all help desk tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure no technical gaps occur during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
