Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Hardware & Software: Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and printer issues for end-users.
- User Support: Provide exceptional technical support via phone and remote access during evening shifts.
- System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining software updates, patches, and inventory management.
- Network Assistance: Monitor network connectivity and assist with Wi-Fi setup for visitors and staff.
- Documentation: Accurately log incidents and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Security Protocols: Enforce IT security policies and assist in data backup processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Current students are welcome to apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
