Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest greetings and manage restaurant waitlists during peak evening hours
- Coordinate table assignments to optimize seating efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Process reservations accurately and maintain real-time seating updates in POS systems
- Collaborate with servers to ensure seamless table turnover and service flow
- Handle guest inquiries with grace and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain immaculate lobby areas and host stand organization
- Support training initiatives for new host team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front-of-house or customer service experience in hospitality
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively during high-volume evening rushes
- Proficiency with reservation systems and POS technology
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
