Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service in high-volume evening setting
- Expertly prepare and present craft cocktails, wine, and signature dishes
- Manage guest reservations and optimize seating flow during peak hours

- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local area knowledge
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service execution
- Process payments accurately and uphold cash handling protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year restaurant/hospitality experience required
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 1 AM), weekends essential
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
