Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during peak evening hours
- Manage reservations and guest check-in/check-out processes
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and light food offerings
- Maintain pristine venue cleanliness and operational standards
- Process cashless transactions and reconcile nightly reports
- Collaborate with team to create memorable guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available 4-5 evenings weekly (6 PM - 11 PM)
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin location
- 18+ years of age
