Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee beverages using advanced techniques (latte art, pour-overs, cold brew)
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable café standards in cleanliness, inventory, and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team to optimize workflow during peak hours
- Train new staff on brewing protocols and customer engagement
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal beverage innovation
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with proven latte art skills
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining precision
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
