Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with warm, authentic New Orleans hospitality
- Manage guest check-ins/outs and reservations efficiently
- Prepare and serve signature cocktails and local culinary specialties
- Maintain immaculate venue cleanliness and ambiance standards
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily transactions
- Collaborate with team during peak evening hours
- Upsell premium experiences and local attractions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible evening availability (including weekends/holidays)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of New Orleans culture and attractions preferred
- Must be 18+ years old
