Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during evening operations (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Prepare and serve premium beverages and small plates with precision
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless evening service flow
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in food/beverage or customer service
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails preferred
- Must obtain Illinois Food Handler certification within 30 days
- Reliable transportation to downtown Chicago location
