Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services for resort guests during evening shifts
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and dining teams for seamless guest experiences
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence
- Assist with special event support and VIP guest services as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM), weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with payment systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
