Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using our advanced PMS system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail
- Contribute to evening guest satisfaction metrics and reviews
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and reconciliation experience
