- Provide exceptional customer service to resort guests during evening shifts
- Check guests in/out efficiently using resort management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) and weekends
- Proficient with basic computer systems
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Nevada gaming license required (company assists with application)
