Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist guests with inquiries and requests during evening hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Handle reservation modifications and walk-in guest services
- Maintain immaculate front desk and common areas throughout shift
- Collaborate with evening team to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Address guest concerns promptly with a solution-oriented mindset
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Document guest feedback and operational insights for daily reports
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Must be available for evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
