Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist evening guests with check-in/out processes
- Manage front desk operations including phone calls and reservations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain clean, organized lobby and common areas
- Process payments and accurately manage cash handling
- Collaborate with evening housekeeping and security teams
- Complete nightly reporting and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4PM-12AM)
- Basic computer literacy (typing 25+ WPM)
