Responsibilities
- Safely deliver food, retail, and medical supplies to Austin residences and businesses during evening hours
- Maintain pristine vehicle appearance and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Optimize delivery routes using our GPS navigation system for maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Accurately process payments and manage digital transactions
- Report maintenance issues and operational feedback to management team
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols during deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Reliable personal vehicle (year 2010 or newer) with valid insurance
- Smartphone proficiency with ability to use delivery apps
- Strong knowledge of Austin geography and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM, 3+ days/week)
