Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
