Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries and technical issues with empathy and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system (Salesforce) accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity and handovers.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure high-quality support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical help desk, or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
