Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account inquiries during evening peak hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless continuity of customer service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory for this urgent hire.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or office setting during evening shifts.
