Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails during evening shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
- Maintain a calm and positive demeanor during high-pressure situations.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work evenings, specifically between 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (if working remotely/hybrid).
