Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, and payment processing
- Answer inquiries about wellness services and membership options
- Maintain clean, organized reception areas and product displays
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with appointment scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
