Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues using CRM tools and documentation
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain performance metrics including call quality and resolution time
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral Spanish/English bilingualism
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) weekends as needed
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital and voice channels
