Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Resolve product issues and process returns with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records in CRM system while maintaining data accuracy
- Collaborate with day teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and resolution time

Qualifications
