Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening and weekend shifts
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining strict cash-handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, escalating complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak weekend hours
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations during all shift activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
