- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Contribute to achieving daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Flexible availability Monday-Saturday evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
