Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with day-team specialists for seamless handovers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to company security protocols and data privacy standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged to apply)
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation to downtown Tucson location
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
