Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with event setup and guest reception
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
