Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve complex inquiries regarding products, services, and account management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
