Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environments
- Participate in evening staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- 6+ months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) including weekends
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
