- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
