Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through in-person assistance and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Manage inventory and maintain organized, visually appealing displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold safety protocols and cleanliness standards throughout the store
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability for evening shifts (3 PM - 11 PM, including weekends)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
