Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining high service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management and store operations during evening shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
