Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Interactions: Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for shoppers throughout the evening shift.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock replenishment, price checking, and organizing displays to ensure optimal visual merchandising.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to management to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and occasional weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and time management.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
