- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with floor team during peak evening rushes
- Contribute to store cleanliness and visual merchandising
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical merchandise
