Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (4 PM - 12 AM)
- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues with professionalism and empathy
- Update customer records in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff
- Maintain performance metrics including call quality and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications

- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
