- Provide exceptional customer service during evening retail hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at point-of-sale systems
- Assist customers with product selection and inventory queries
- Operate cash registers and manage daily reconciliation
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and checkout areas
- Collaborate with closing team for smooth store transition
- Participate in evening inventory counts and stock replenishment
