Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person customer service at our flagship London store during evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation during quiet evening periods
- Collaborate with night shift teams for seamless store operations transition
- Participate in quarterly product knowledge training sessions
- Maintain store cleanliness and security protocols during closing procedures
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills with excellent command of English
