Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on evening shifts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Enter and maintain customer data in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless service handovers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
