Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records and inventory logs in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ wpm).
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends.
- Reliable transportation and a history of punctual attendance.
