Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails regarding shipping status, billing, and general inquiries.
- Process orders and update customer records in the internal database accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with light administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
