Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service to all incoming and in-store customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Product Assistance: Assist customers in locating products, providing detailed information, and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Operational Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
- Inventory Oversight: Assist with inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies or low-stock alerts to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and one weekend day.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and assist in various departments as needed.
