Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.

- Escalate complex issues to the on-call supervisor when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 4 PM - 12 AM or 6 PM - 2 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic software applications.
