Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and accuracy.
- Resolve complex service issues and technical problems by utilizing established troubleshooting protocols.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate digital records of all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Memphis location.
- Willingness to work rotating evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
