Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening shifts.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure seamless operations and workflow.
- Monitor store appearance and safety standards throughout your shift.
- Handle cash handling and cash reconciliation duties accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
