Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.

- Collaborate with the evening operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
