- Collaborate with the support team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings, including weekends, as required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
