Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Inquiries: Respond to customer emails and phone calls regarding technical support and service inquiries.
- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot common software and hardware problems using established protocols.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist with order processing and payment verification when necessary.
- Shift Handover: Communicate critical issues to the morning shift team to ensure seamless continuity.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily call handling and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and typing skills.
- Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (Zendesk/Help Scout experience is a plus).
