Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges using our internal CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the system.
- Collaborate with the evening support team to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
