Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer issues to improve services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM or similar).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs facility.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
