Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone and email during evening shifts (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the ERP system.
- Update customer information and order status in our CRM database in real-time.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to all company service level agreements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
